Front Stairway Repair (Washington, DC)
The front entry staircase had seen better days; its concrete was falling apart, and a top layer of self-leveling concrete was chipping off, creating a real tripping hazard for the client. Our solution involved grinding away that problematic layer, then carefully repairing all the underlying weak spots in the concrete. Once the structural integrity was restored, we gave it a fresh coat of paint. We provided a complimentary powerwash of the area as well.
Foundation Installation (Burke, VA)
To significantly enhance this home's functionality and aesthetics, we constructed a new foundation on the backside, which not only created valuable new hardscape but also added essential living space. A key feature of this custom patio area is the integrated insulation layer, ensuring optimal use and comfort.
Front Walkway Installation (Alexandria, VA)
We gave this home a stunning curb appeal upgrade, starting with the removal and replacement of its old front door brick staircase. We then installed a beautiful new walkway, expertly blending natural flagstone with a classic brick border. The entire design now flows seamlessly, creating an elegant entrance that perfectly matches the home's existing brick exterior.
Front Staircase Renovation (Fairfax, VA)
The renovation of the front entry stairs transformed the space. We carefully installed flagstone on the top surface, creating a welcoming and sophisticated look. The front and side faces were adorned with exquisite stonework, adding texture and visual interest.
